截止2016年4月1日，西数季度收入28.22亿美元，2015年同期为35亿美元，同比下跌20.5%；毛利率26.7%，同比下跌2.4个百分点；净利润只有7400万美元，而 去年同期利润达到了3.84亿美元，同比暴跌80.7%。当季度硬盘出货量也只有4310万块，同比减少了20.9%，

之前出货量最差的时候是2011年的2800万块，不过当时也是情有可原，由于泰国大水，使得众多硬盘厂商几乎处于停滞状态。自然出货量也就少了。而摆脱洪水困扰的2012年第一季度西数出货量也立马恢复到了4400万块。
