奢靡享乐生活腐化
汪智勇用聚敛的财产，在成都、重庆、广安等地购买房产4套、门市9间，为了贪图享受，他还购买了一辆价值上百万元的豪华轿车和一辆越野车。

2014年春节前后，汪智勇以右腿骨折、行动不便为由，一直未到单位上班，无论公务上有多重要的事情都一律推托。而在此期间，他包下四星级酒店一套三居室的豪华套房，住了40多天，由开发商支付房费。而包下豪华套房的主要目的就是为了方便与一些老板打麻将、斗地主赌博。在此期间，汪智勇还大肆收受开发商、企业老板的钱物，并多次参加开发商的宴请。同时，为了“礼尚往来”，汪智勇还专门设宴款待他的老板“朋友”们，而用餐的费用自然是由开发商买单。
