　　时隔4年半，日本外相首度访华，一天见了三位中国高层领导人。对此，中国国际问题研究所研究员杨希雨分析指出，中方的高规格接待传递出中方对于改善中日关系的诚意。各行的交流、各个部门的交流，唯外交部门是最讲规格、讲对等的。日本外相这次来访能够受到国委乃至总理的会见，充分表明中国政府从高层下决心要改善中日关系。但关键是“球”不在我们脚下，是在日本脚下，要看日本现在把“球”往哪儿踢，如果朝正确的方向踢，那中日间积极互动就会再次启动。所以，能不能改善，中方不管怎么有诚心，不管怎么重视，还得看日本的这一脚“球”往哪踢。

　　分析中日两国之间的矛盾和分歧，杨希雨总结归纳为：两个旧问题和一个新问题。两个旧问题是曾经被双方搁置的钓鱼岛争论分歧被日本人挑起来，而且更加肆无忌惮地搞所谓“国有化”。再一个是安倍首相执政以来，在历史问题上变本加厉，在修宪问题上，不能不引起历史和现实联想：日本究竟要向何处去？现在又冒出一个新问题，日本最近把东海和南海这两个完全不相干的问题联系在一起，似乎要构成东海、南海反华联合战线，使得原本就冰冷的中日关系更加复杂。

　　杨希雨认为，正是这三个问题造成了目前中日两国关系陷入低谷。如何才能挽回当前的局面？杨希雨给出的答案是：想挽回低谷，日本在这三个问题上就应该按照中日之间达成的四个文件共识迈出第一步。日方只要回到四个文件的基础上，迈出正确的第一步，互动就一定会起来，中日关系的恢复一定会有希望。

　　据了解，日本外相岸田文雄将于今天（5月1日）结束对我国的正式访问离开北京，前往泰国，未来几天他还将访问泰国、缅甸、老挝和越南。
