长江流域全面入汛 上游水库平稳释放防洪库容

　　中新社宜昌5月1日电(记者 郭晓莹)来自长江防汛抗旱总指挥部的信息显示，目前长江流域全面进入汛期。截至5月1日8时，三峡水库水位已消落至160米附近，上游金沙江流域的向家坝和溪洛渡两座大型水电站也在科学调度下按计划有序消落，平稳释放防洪库容。

　　据水情气象预报，今年长江防洪度汛形势比往年更加严峻复杂；由于2016年厄尔尼诺事件已成为超越1998年的20世纪以来最强的暖事件，预计今年夏季，长江流域降水偏多，中下游偏多显著，部分地区超过五成，汛期发生区域性大洪水的概率增加。加之上游水库可能形成的人造洪峰，汛期三峡区间出现较大洪峰的可能性增大。

　　今年春汛以来，流域降水偏多，干支流来水偏大，长江上游来水量远远超过了往年平均值。4月初，长江流域部分省份提前进入汛期；4月底，长江流域全面进入汛期。

　　为腾库防汛，溪洛渡、向家坝、三峡水库在统一调度下按计划有序消落。其中三峡水利枢纽提前结束生态补水进程，转入防汛调度。三峡水库从4月22日起逐步加大下泄流量，日均下泄流量持续多日维持在1万立方米每秒以上，最高达1.7万立方米每秒，水位削落进度加快。

　　截至5月1日8时，三峡水库水位已消落至160.10米，释放了约六成库容；溪洛渡水库则已经消落至560米防洪限制水位附近，预留防洪库容40多亿立方米；向家坝水库已消落至378米附近，距离防洪限制水位仅8米左右。

　　三峡集团日前部署2016年防汛工作，认为“溪洛渡—向家坝—三峡—葛洲坝”特大梯级水库群和清江三座水库面临联合调度新挑战，要在充分利用水资源的前提下，统筹协调枢纽运行、航运、生态和防洪之间的关系。(完)
