河南警方成立调查组调查女教师户籍顶替事件|户籍顶替_新闻资讯

　　新华社郑州5月1日专电(记者宋晓东) 日前，媒体报道河南省项城市女教师刘红丽户籍遭顶替被注销事件，引发社会关注。

　　据了解，2015年9月，刘红丽发现自己身份证号所对应的户籍已落户在北京，而其项城市户籍早在2010年9月被注销。

　　刘红丽介绍，2004年她曾将自己的大学毕业证书借给同事，帮助别人仿造以找工作，直到2015年9月，刘红丽到项城市南关派出所查询才发现，其户籍已经迁出并落在北京市东城区，姓名为“刘园”，曾用名是“刘红丽”，照片则是一名陌生女子。而她在项城市的户籍，早在2010年9月被注销。

　　2015年10月，刘红丽向项城市南关派出所反映其户籍被顶替，南关派出所发函给北京市公安局东四派出所协助调查。刘红丽表示，她曾几次联系北京和项城两地公安部门，北京公安部门表示，进京手续齐全，依规办理户籍迁入手续。而项城公安部门则表示，当地是接收到准迁证，才办理户籍迁出、注销原籍。直至目前，事件调查仍未有结果，刘红丽户籍始终未能恢复。

　　记者从河南省周口市公安局了解到，目前周口市公安局已组成联合调查组，进驻项城市开展调查工作，调查过程中，如发现有违法违纪行为，公安局将依法依纪严肃查处，调查结果将第一时间向社会公布。
