　　许某某说，重操旧业的重要原因就是“挣钱快、处罚轻”，他在2010年在台湾才判了7个月。他们这个“圈子”里的人“心里有底”：就算跑到国外去设窝点诈骗，按照以往惯例都会遣返回台湾，判的也不会太重，甚至有可能被无罪释放。

　　“没有想到这次会被遣返到大陆。”许某某说，现在非常担心会被大陆司法机关判处重刑，那样的话“这一辈子就完了”。“这次我们本来也以为会被送回台湾，如果早知道会被遣返大陆，我肯定不敢做这种事了。”
