　　新闻稿说：“电信诈欺是国际公罪，台湾不可缺席于消灭电信诈欺集团的工作，更不能接受任何人企图拿电信诈欺集团的移送，作为政治斗争工具。”

　　新闻稿表示，该案受害人几乎全是大陆居民，大陆先行侦办有利证据的验证及赃款的追查，台湾派人共同侦办有利证据的巩固，两岸合作有助正当刑事程序的进行。

　　新闻稿还提出，国民党认为未来两岸应有更明确的协议，来处理侦办、审理、执刑等刑事程序，让两岸共同打击犯罪发挥勿枉勿纵的更大效力。
