“许小婉”真名叫许秋琳，据媒体报道，她的另一个身份是广东省委原常委、广州市委原书记万庆良与揭阳市委原书记陈弘平的“公共情妇”。

近日，广东省高级人民法院作出终审裁定，许秋琳以行贿罪被法院判处有期徒刑6年。
许秋琳，曾用名许小婉。据媒体报道，许秋琳背后藏着一段“比重庆赵红霞与雷政富等官员还要狗血的故事”，被指是广东省委原常委、广州市委原书记万庆良与揭阳市委原书记陈弘平的“公共情妇”。

2008年2月，原山东省委副书记、青岛市委书记杜世成案在厦门市中级法院以受贿罪一审宣判，杜因受贿罪获刑无期，他被认定受贿626万余元。
