　　【环球网报道 记者 余鹏飞】据日本《朝日新闻》5月1日报道，中国外交部长王毅30日在北京钓鱼台国宾馆与到访的日本外相岸田文雄举行会谈，岸田文雄向王毅传达日本政府将放宽赴日中国人签证的政策。

　　这是日本外相时隔4年半首次访问中国，在长达4个半小时的会谈中(包括午餐会)，中日两国外长就经济合作、环保、国际恐怖主义、半岛事务等问题交换意见。

　　中国外长王毅表示，中日两国是邻国，中国当然希望与日本发展健康稳定的睦邻友好关系。同时，这一关系一定要建立在正视历史的基础之上，建立在恪守承诺的基础之上，建立在合作而不是对抗的基础之上。

　　岸田文雄向中方传递日本政府将进一步放宽中国人赴日签证。此前4月4日，日本副外相木原诚二在接受环球网记者的采访中透露，日本外务省正在考虑未来对中国人实行免签政策。
