根据公开转让说明书显示,2014年度和2015年度,韩都衣舍营业收入为8.31亿元和12.60亿元,归属于申请挂牌公司股东的净利润为-3753.76万元和3385.16万元。

在韩都衣舍的2014年度和2015年度主营业务收入中,女装产品占比最高,达到70%以上,但由79.91%降至73.34%;同时业务逐步向男装、童装等领域延伸,男装占主营业务收入的比例由15.25%提高至16.95%,童装占比由4.84%提高至8.89%。

报告期内,女装产品的毛利贡献率一直居首,占比超过70%。但由于业务向男装、童装及其他业务延伸,童装产品及其他业务毛利增幅较大,女装品牌毛利占公司毛利总额的比例有所降低。

在销售渠道上,主要为线上渠道,销售模式分为B2C模式及“B2B-B2C”模式,B2C销售平台主要分为官方网站、官方APP、天猫、京东等。“B2B-B2C”渠道主要是唯品会,其向韩都衣舍采购产品,韩都衣舍与唯品会直接结算。

而在销售客户上,2014年度以唯品会为主,销售金额为1.81亿元,占营业收入比例为21.75%。2015年,唯品会销售金额为3.45亿元,占营业收入比例为27.37%;阿里巴巴俪人购销售金额为134.94万元,占营业收入比例为0.11%。

韩都衣舍认为,这种模式不依赖线下渠道进行销售,由此省去了租金与人力成本,而线上销售既加强了对渠道的控制力,也保证了轻资产的运营模式。

韩都衣舍披露的股权结构显示,赵迎光、张虹霞、刘军光、杜廷国、吴振涛五人分别持有18.1538%、10.7383%、10.7383%、6.6026%、4.9385%的股权,合计持有51.1715%的股权,赵迎光、张虹霞、刘军光、杜廷国、吴振涛为公司实际控制人。其中,赵迎光为董事长兼总经理。

此外,明星投资人李冰冰、黄晓明、任泉三人成立的StarVC在2014年对韩都衣舍进行了投资。截至目前,李冰冰、黄晓明、任振泉(任泉)三人分别持有韩都衣舍0.5438%、0.5438%、0.3955%的股份,合计为1.4831%
