　　从“北京第一高楼”国贸三期到“华北第一高楼”天津津塔，再到“中国第一高楼”　深圳平安金融中心，这些摩天大楼正不断拔高着城市的天际线。“超高层建筑是一个国家，或一个地区经济发展到一定程度出现的产物。”在这些建筑作品的总工程师周予启看来，它们的符号意义远不止是城市地标的变迁，更彰显了寻求突破的“中国高度”和追求卓越的“中国速度”。

　　18年前，周予启还是项目的基层技术员；如今，他已是建筑行业岩土专家，中建一局建设发展公司总工程师。由他主持建造的建筑工程捧得了国家优质工程奖、中国建筑工程鲁班奖、中国土木工程詹天佑奖、全国建设工程优秀项目管理成果一等奖，他本人则被中国建筑推选为国资委“最美一线工程师”。挑战最深基坑，擎起摩天大楼，周予启用始终如一的精益求精，诠释着“大国工匠”的品质。

　　只做能力范围内的事　就永远无法进步

　　刚过不惑之年的周予启已是建筑业界小有名气的岩土专家，由他主持建造的超高层建筑更是行业内众所周知的“明星”项目。而回想18年前，从中国矿业大学毕业后，本想从事地质研究的周予启却机缘巧合来到中建一局，自此与建筑行业结下不解之缘。

　　由于公司的同事大多是施工建筑专业或工民建专业出身，一开始，周予启觉得自己所学的岩石工程专业显得有些“格格不入”。“随着咱们国家经济发展，房建业务也处于蓬勃兴起的阶段，我在建筑行业快速成长的过程中，也逐渐认清了自己所掌握的知识在企业中能够学有所用，甚至在建筑行业大有可为。”在企业中找准定位后，周予启顺利度过了行业转换的适应期，也建立了清晰的奋斗目标。

　　至今，周予启仍清楚地记得工作前三年，与工友们同吃同住，一起拉水泥管的日子。“在施工工地，我们住的是简陋的仓库，即使在七八月，仍会因为夜晚的凉意难以入睡。有时还会从被窝里突然钻出两只蟋蟀。不过，我自己也是从农村考出来的，住宿伙食相对差一点，并不足以打垮我。”

　　周予启既能运用自己所学的专业知识将施工现场管理得井然有序，又能凭着良好的身体素质与农民工兄弟一起绑钢筋、拉水泥管、打桩，保障施工进度。很快，周予启开始担任项目的技术管理人员，承接的项目也越来越具有挑战性。

　　周予启直言，刚成为大项目的总工程师时，他并不像现在这么“淡定”。“小项目工程少、人员少，所有事情都可控，完成的质量也心中有数。而作为大项目的管理者，需要非常丰富的经验和敏锐的前瞻性，能够对未来形成准确的预判。好在我年轻，有激情、有活力，可以用自己的勤奋弥补经验的不足。”

　　“一个人如果一直做能力范围之内的事，就永远没有进步。”18年，是周予启由基层技术员做到世界500强三级核心子企业总工程师的成长与努力，也是他对建筑行业始终如一的热爱与执着，更是他迎难而上挑战自我的坚持与勇气。

　　征服“中国最深基坑”　为“中国品质”代言

　　2014年12月，中国第一高楼－－深圳平安金融中心工程顺利封顶。周予启登上楼顶拍了张照片，面对镜头，他终于放心地笑了。他曾不止一次地说：“只有大楼封顶才能证明基坑是安全的！”在擎起摩天大楼的背后，是周予启征服“中国最深基坑”时精益求精的专注、敢于突破的创新和运筹帷幄的担当。

　　平安金融中心的基坑离深圳交通大动脉1号线只有6米，离最近的站点不到2米，这里每天的人流量上百万。按照国家规定，基坑施工引起的地铁变形不能超过4毫米。平安中心的基坑最深处达60米，由于地处闹市，施工区域狭窄，只能一次性开挖，周予启面对的挑战可想而知。

　　“谁让你们把站厅的地面砸了！地铁无法正常运营你们负得了责吗？”当一封处罚书摆在周予启眼前时，他的回答胸有成竹：“砸地砖是为了给地下岩土注浆，防止因为侧压力大变形，地铁才能更安全！”

　　虽然早已是注册岩土工程师，周予启并没有仗着自己的“老资格”自大，而是精心准备了几套施工方案与深圳地铁的专家们商议。最终，周予启首次将“袖筏管注浆”施工工艺引入房建领域，征服了专家论证小组。经监测，深圳地铁1号线变形不到2毫米。2014年，周予启总结的“袖阀管注浆施工”通过了北京市级工法审定。

　　在施工过程中，周予启通过创新技术克服的困难可不止地铁。平安金融中心地处深圳中心区，基坑下面几乎集全了所有城市管线，关系到附近上万人的日常生活。周予启通过减慢注浆管的提升速度，完美解决了加固强度与管线安全之间的矛盾。

　　要将8根直径达8米、抗压承载力超过10万吨的擎天巨柱打进地下60米深处，就必须攻破深圳地下硬度最强的微风化花岗岩。周予启调来青藏铁路施工中用到的德国宝峨旋挖钻机，把工程桩与地壳紧紧连接在一起。

　　当公众用“楼歪歪”“楼脆脆”调侃房屋质量事故频发的建筑行业，周予启却用一栋栋拔地而起的高楼为“中国品质”做了最形象的代言。

　　坚持“工匠精神”　让每一栋建筑成为精品

　　今年两会上，首次出现在《政府工作报告》中的“工匠精神”引发了社会强烈关注。在周予启心中，“工匠精神”就是追求精益求精、精雕细琢的精神。“在当前经济快速发展的阶段，一些企业盲目追求短平快，导致建筑物没有达到该有的品质需求。所以，我觉得”工匠精神“其实是要让我们克服浮躁的情绪，通过这种精雕细琢，提升产品质量。”

　　当周予启成功将C100混凝土泵送到1000米的高度，完美解决了困扰世界建筑界的难题，人类建造千米建筑已经不再是梦想。然而，与一味追求建筑高度相比，周予启更看重建筑质量。“想打造建筑业的‘中国品质’，最需要把工程的地基打牢，把埋在地下的基础做好，才能做成良心工程。”

　　周予启笑称自己是“地下工作者”，但在同行眼中，他是“上天入地”的英雄。万丈高楼基坑起，为了保证大楼稳如泰山，周予启愿意一次次深入到地下勘探、专研、检测。“有一句老话叫‘基础不牢，地动山摇’。这些地下工程开工没有回头箭，容不得后悔。所以，我们要保证中国品质，首先就要从基础做起，精益求精。”

　　虽然建筑施工行业并不像各种新兴行业引人注目，但周予启认为，这个行业还有更多提升的空间。“我觉得未来的建筑行业应该倡导绿色建筑、绿色施工，通过先进的手段，不断提升建筑技术生产力。”

　　提升技术生产率是转型升级和发展方式转变的关键。周予启说，过去，通过引进国外的技术、装备、施工工法，我国建筑行业达到比较高的水平。“但现在我国已经成为世界第二大经济体，这时候，如果我们还依赖引进提高劳动生产率是不行的。所以，我认为未来的建筑行业，应该在科技创新、科技创效，发挥‘工匠精神’，把我们每一个建筑产品都能做成建筑精品。”（中国青年网记者　朱梦琪）
