　　5月1日中午11时11分，杭州湾跨海大桥宁波往上海方向，一辆小客车突然发生变道与大客车发生刮擦，导致后方行驶的大客车避让不及，撞向了旁边护栏。在碰撞过程中，大客车油箱起火。

　　接警后，高速交警嘉兴支队指挥中心立即组织力量前往施救，嘉兴支队五大队民警和嘉兴消防支队港区消防大队立即赶赴现场救援。
