晨报讯 距离迪士尼乐园开园还有不到两个月的时间，相关公交应急预案已逐步确立。记者昨天从浦东金高公交公司获悉，今年6月，上海国际旅游度假区开张迎客后，一旦夜间出现大批游客滞留，金高公司将临时开出公交接驳1线和夜间公交接驳2线进行疏运。如度假区内小汽车泊车位超过极限，公交部门将开放外部航城路、唐黄路的两个应急停车场，同时开辟两条公交接驳线，方便市民进入。
已经制定的《夜场度假区内部发生客流积压公交应急预案》中明确，当轨道交通夜间运营结束后，度假区内如果仍有一定数量的游客滞留，且通过度假区内部的交通方式不能满足乘客需求，此时，金高公交将开辟两条临时公交夜间接驳线，将滞留游客疏运到公交枢纽站乘坐其他公交车返回市区。
在《航城路、唐黄路两个应急停车场公交应急预案》 中，要求当度假区内部小汽车泊车位超过极限时，公交部门将开放外部航城路、唐黄路的两个应急停车场，同时开辟两条公交接驳线，分别为航城路应急停车场接驳公交和唐黄路应急停车场接驳公交。其中航城路应急停车场接驳公交运营区段为：航城路应急停车场至西公交枢纽站。设站：航城路应急停车场、西公交枢纽站。唐黄路应急停车场接驳公交运营区段为：唐黄路应急停车场至北支路公交枢纽站。设站：唐黄路应急停车场、北支路公交枢纽站。
据浦东金高公交公司透露，金高公交根据浦东公交演练方案，近期将开展上海国际旅游度假区突发事件公交应急处置综合演练活动。
两条紧急夜间公交接驳线
■1线的运营区段为：西公交枢纽站至2号线川沙地铁站。设站：西公交枢纽站、川环南路川沙路（川沙5路公交站）。运营方式为：单向带客直达，回程空驶。配车两辆。
■2线的运营区段为：西公交枢纽站至龙阳路交通枢纽。设站：西公交枢纽站、龙阳路公交枢纽站，运营方式为：单向带客直达，回程空驶，配车两辆。
