湖北阳新县煤矿爆炸迟报77小时 安监局长被通报

　　湖北阳新县安监局在接到较大煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故后，滞留77小时才报告。记者5月1日从湖北省安监局获悉，阳新县安监局局长梁再华被全省通报批评。

　　今年4月15日上午9时许，黄石市阳新县洋港镇非法小煤窑协泰井发生一起较大瓦斯爆炸事故，造成3人死亡。事故发生后，矿井承包人私自与遇难者家属商谈赔偿事宜，隐瞒事故不报。洋港镇政府16日15时37分收到辖区村支书事故报告，于16时45分电话报告阳新县安监局。此后阳新县安监局直至19日21时45分才向黄石市安监局传真报告，事故信息滞留77小时。

　　通报指出，阳新县安监局在事故上报中拖延迟报，严重影响了对事故的及时报告和应急处置。经研究，决定对阳新县安监局局长梁再华予以全省通报批评，对相关责任人将根据事故调查情况给予问责处理。
