民警经过大量的数据分析，成功锁定了犯罪嫌疑人的窝点在湖北省天门市。4月12日，抓捕小组在当地警方的配合下，兵分二路，一路警力在天门市干驿镇人民某大道某号房间内，将犯罪嫌疑人魏某抓获；一路在天门市侨乡新区某小区内，将犯罪嫌疑人朱某、吴某抓获。经调查审讯，犯罪嫌疑人朱某、吴某、魏某对实施的电信诈骗行为，供认不讳。经过案件审理，初步核查该团伙涉案30余宗，涉及沿海多个省份。
