当晚张先生抵达酒店后,在网上对第一酵素等产品进行搜索,发现不少差评,甚至有网友称“上当受骗”,于是包括张先生在内的该团23名游客便跟导游交涉要求退货。

据张先生介绍,地接导游在得知他们要退货后极力阻挠,甚至威胁称要记他们“脱团”,影响其日后签证申请。

在报警获得警方协助后,该张姓导游才勉强答应带他们退货,但在退货时,号称是该店店长的人矢口否认卖出产品为“药品”,称只是“健康食品”,并以货物已售出概不退换为由,拒绝退货退款。

“以为是药,所以那么贵也买了。现在可好,自己不敢吃,又不能送人。”张先生说。

张先生还发现了一个奇怪的现象:前一天上午购物时门庭若市、甚至在收银台前排起长队的免税店,第二天退货时却是门可罗雀——除了店员,顾客寥寥无几。

欺骗手法早已被曝光,如今仍未禁绝

1、旅行社骗。
