湖北阳新县煤矿
爆炸事故迟报70多小时 3人死亡
央广网武汉5月3日消息（记者左艾甫）据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，湖北阳新县安监局在接到较大煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故后，滞留77小时才报告。湖北省安监局、湖北煤监局日前对阳新县安监局局长梁再华进行全省通报批评。
4月15号上午9点左右，湖北省黄石市阳新县洋港镇非法小煤窑协泰井发生一起较大瓦斯爆炸事故，造成3人死亡。事故发生以后，矿井承包人私自组织人员与遇难者家属商谈赔偿事宜，隐瞒事故不报。洋港镇政府在4月16日15时37分左右收到辖区村支书进行的事故报告，16时45分电话报告到阳新县安监局。阳新县安监局局长梁再华电话向分管副县长进行汇报。此后，阳新县安监局直至19日21时45分才向黄石市安监局传真报告，事故信息在阳新县安监局滞留了77个小时。
