呼和浩特“3·16”爆炸案续：涉案男子被批捕

　　中新网呼和浩特5月3日电(张林虎 李晓静)3日，记者从内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市赛罕区人民检察院了解到，呼和浩特“3.16”液化气爆炸案犯罪嫌疑人赵某某因涉嫌非法经营罪被该院依法批准逮捕。

　　2016年3月16日晚，呼和浩特一间民房内储存的液化石油气瓶发生泄漏，爆燃起火，爆炸造成民房内3人不同程度受伤。其中，57岁的房东王鹏烧伤面积为15%，王鹏27岁的女儿王慧敏烧伤面积70%，属重度烧伤，目前仍在重症监护室接受治疗。

　　据了解，犯罪嫌疑人赵某某，自2012年起无证经营液化气罐装生意，平时给多家饭馆送煤气罐营利。2014年8月，赵某某承租了王鹏的南房及北房，用于存放液化气罐，平日存放无人看管。

　　2016年3月16日晚，存放在出租屋内的液化气罐发生爆炸。经查，液化气罐爆炸时，赵某某在出租屋内存放的液化气罐多达30余罐，共有200多公斤液化气。至案发，犯罪嫌疑人赵某某非法经营数额已达五万元以上。

　　目前，呼和浩特市赛罕区人民检察院依法以非法经营罪对赵某某批准逮捕，此案正在进一步侦查中。(完)
