　　魏则西的经历可谓戳到了众多患者的痛点，引起社会广泛关注。而记者调查发现，通过百度推广的医院，其合作方多是由民营医院阵营中最活跃的莆田人投资成立。另外，据《中国企业家》近日报道，在中国11000家民营医院中，莆田系民营医院占到了80%。魏则西之死，让人们再次把目光聚集到了这个宠大的群体上。

　　值得一提的是，“魏则西事件”之后，网上传出了一份莆田系医院名单，这些医院遍布全国。不仅有冠以“华夏、仁爱、玛丽亚”等字样的医院，还有一些以某某市第几医院、某某市人民医院等命名，极易误导患者。

　　手段：大部分利润投广告

　　据一位在江西经营民营医院十多年的莆田人陈先生介绍，莆田系最早是从江湖游医开始，在电线杆上贴小广告，主要治疗风湿、性病、鼻炎等。“那时候比较低端，基本上是以行骗为主，打一枪换一个地方。”

　　陈先生指出，“莆田系真正开始走上正规，是从上世纪90年代，莆田人承包医院科室开始的。那时候国家放开了公立医院科室承包，有部分莆田人便捕捉到了这里面的商机。”

　　待到科室形成规模和气候后，这部分莆田人又趁机成立了专科医院。并且，莆田系涉足领域也更广泛了，凡是医保没有覆盖的领域几乎都囊括进来了。一般来说，医保覆盖不到的疾病其实都是一些不致命，对健康危害次一级的疾病，比如男科、妇科、不孕不育、美容整形。

　　陈先生告诉记者，他在江西一个小县城开了一家男科医院。最初的时候，他和同行交流时，大家一致的心得就是投钱砸广告。“差不多有80%的利润，都要投入到广告中去。”陈先生表示，这基本上是江西的民营医院，或者说是全国民营医院通用的手段，只不过，现在广告的投放渠道变了，原来主要是地方报纸、电视、电台，现在则转向了网络，比如百度推广。

　　值得一提的是，莆田市前市委书记梁建勇曾公开表示，“百度2013年的广告总量是260亿元，莆田的民营医院在百度上就做了120亿元的广告。”记者注意到，从百度2015年财报看，其前三季度营收共476亿元，粗略估算，其全年营收约在600亿上下。因此，保守估算，莆田系医院对百度营收的贡献度大概在五分之一左右。

　　“一进去，一位主任就告诉我，这种病很严重，要立刻治，能治好，但是要用贵一点的药。”曹先生陈述道，医生开的药是400多元一针，他夫妇二人每天都要打一针，再开了一些其他的口服药，住院治疗了半个月，都没有好。

　　曹先生回忆称，医生每次开药的时候，都问他还有多少钱。他带去的28000多元钱很快就花光了，最后找一位同学借钱的时候，才忍不住告诉了同学实情。同学告诉他，肯定被骗了，让他直接去江西省人民医院。“在公立医院，只花了2000多，就治好了。”曹先生告诉记者，事情过去了许久，本来一直没有打算对外说。看了魏则西的遭遇后，他深有感触。

　　查询了解到，曹先生口中的泌尿专科医院幕后老板也是莆田人。
