医院科室被承包 医生拒开大处方挨打
2005年10月下旬，一名女性医生给本报打来热线电话，反应她因为拒绝给患者开大处方而被医院的科室承包人打了耳光。
接到电话的当天晚上，法制晚报（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）的两名记者连夜在东五环附近的一处居民区见到了该名医生。据该医生介绍，她退休前曾经在外地一家三甲医院皮肤科执业，是一名具有执业医师资格的医生。2005年8月，她看到一家位于北京市朝阳区的一家大型医院在招聘医生，并且给出了高额的工资待遇，于是她就前来应聘，并顺利地进入该院皮肤科担任“主治医生”。
据该医生介绍，她在工作了几天后就发现，该医院的皮肤科是承包给了一伙来自福建莆田的人经营的，科室的承包人和财务人员都是莆田人，医生则都是通过招聘招募来的。该科室的收费虽然全部由医院财务统一收取，但每天晚上科室的承包人和财务人员都要到医院的财务室结算当天的营业收入。
根据该女医生提供的聘任合同显示，聘用该医生的并不是那家大型医院，而是一家医疗管理公司。在该聘用合同的附件栏里，明确标注了一个条款，那就是受聘用的医生每天必须开满人民币一万元的药物，同时还要开出超过五千元的检查费用。
由于一些患者的疾病显著轻微，根本不需要开出大额的检查费用和处方清单，所以该医生在上岗的第一个月就没有完成任务。而在10月份的工作中，这名医生因为每天开出的药品处方连五千元都达不到，所以一度被威胁辞退。
就在给本报打来电话的当天上午，这名女医生因为给一个湿疹的患者开了几百元的药物，而被科室的承包人责备，进而与科室承包人发生激烈争吵。在争吵过程中，科室承包人抬手就给了她一记耳光，随后双方被人拉开。
医生家属出面阻拦采访 最终选择沉默
就在法制晚报记者进行采访的过程中，这名女医生的丈夫和孩子突然出现在采访现场，粗暴地拉起女医生就要离开。
记者起身阻拦，被其家人告知，医院已经来人了，已经和医生的家属谈好，这个事件不再需要媒体曝光，随后医生被其家人从采访现场强行带走。
第二天开始，法制晚报（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者多次拨打该医生的手机，均显示无法接通的状态。直到大约一周后，该名女医生才给记者打来电话，表示她已经接受了医院和科室承包人的赔偿和道歉，现在已经退掉了在北京租住的房屋，返回了老家。
