　　中新网伊宁5月3日电  (朱景朝 唐碧君)新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州伊宁县委办公室3日发布消息称，该县自4月30日至5月3日持续遭遇中到大雨，部分时段出现暴雨，致民房、农业、渠系建筑和道路交通等严重受损，造成直接经济损失2222万余元。

　　当地县委办公室表示，此次长时间降水已导致全县20个乡镇1380户2454间民房不同程度受损，其中倒塌房屋105户、184间；严重损坏房屋452户、659间。

　　降雨还导致该县6个乡镇场的500亩玉米、小麦绝收，桥涵、防洪堤等多处被冲毁、损毁。一处桥梁河床底部被严重掏空，已严重影响结构承载力，随时有垮塌危险。

　　伊宁县已经启动防洪应急预案。县委、政府组织全县武警、公安、民兵2200余名应急力量第一时间赶赴受灾一线，县领导干部与群众一起救灾，现已累计发放救灾帐篷、塑料布等救灾物资20余万元；已投入抢险机械125台，发放防洪编织袋3万条、铁丝网700张、铁丝1.5吨。　伊宁县委宣传部供图

　　据介绍，该县已转移受灾群众1672人。部分防洪设施已得到修复，农业局、保险公司、县农技中心工作人员赴受灾农田进行现场调查，及时落实理赔程序，将受灾损失降到最低。

　　新疆气象部门提醒，伊犁河谷、天山山区等地降水持续时间长、累计雨量大，局地降雨强，需防范强降雨可能引发的山洪、泥石流、滑坡等灾害。
