WitsView研究经理林钲顺表示,2月台湾南部地震使上游面板厂产能受损,加上三星显示器(Samsung) 0.4mm玻璃转换不如预期,影响品牌厂在第二季新品量产的时间,但由于第一季基期较低,WitsView预估2016年第二季全球液晶电视出货规模仍可达5,150万台,季成长6.6%。全年度而言,因市场饱合、总体需求疲软,WitsView下修2016年液晶电视出货预估,从原先的2.22亿台至2.19亿台,年成长率约为1.5%。

近年来索尼(Sony)不再追逐出货量,并以整机获利为优先考量,第一季出货季衰退逾三成,遭中国品牌创维挤出五名外。此外,由于中国品牌近期的迅速成长,日系品牌在前有强敌后有追兵夹击下,逐渐式微的态势日益明显。

林钲顺指出,值得注意的是,近期中国互联网电视品牌异军突起,挟着高规低价的优势,直接瓜分中国传统电视商的市占率,打乱各品牌厂原先布局,也由于商业模式与消费习惯改变,节庆销售已不再是品牌厂消化库存的保证。北美将会是中国网际网路品牌下一步积极进军的地区,从近期乐视入股TCL旗下多媒体事业部不难看出端倪。
