您好,为配合国家有关部门积极开展网盘涉黄、涉盗版内容的清查工作,对不良信息进行集中处理,DBank华为网盘的服务内容即日起将予以相应调整,包括但不限于采取以下措施:
1、停止用户数据存储分享服务,所有用户数据将保留到2016年6月30日止。请您务必在此期限之前及时迁移您存储在DBank华为网盘上的数据,过期将不再予以保留;
2、2016年7月1日起,DBank华为网盘免费永久空间资格将被终止,付费服务将根据套餐剩余时间进行退款,请您务必于2017年1月1日之前通过客服渠道进行申请。客服QQ:4008308300,全国统一客服电话:400-830-8300 / 800-830-8300(座机),工作日8:00-20:00;
3、2017年1月1日起,DBank华为网盘将全面停止客服咨询、退费等工作;
