梅州市梅县区环保局副局长黄伟政竟与三名兄弟在老家梅县区隆文镇坑美村新建“一坟三碑”的死人墓和活人墓，在当地产生了不良影响。
4月底，羊城晚报记者和隆文镇政府同时接到当地几位村民的投诉，记者就此事展开了调查。目前相关部门已立案。

当初反对，无奈被参与
在梅县区环保局，羊城晚报记者见到了副局长黄伟政。他对记者说：“我家的新坟确是2015年冬季所建，整个坟地仅占柚园十多平方米，里面埋的是我爷爷、奶奶和叔叔的尸骨。”新建坟墓他当初是反对的，但最后“无奈”被参与其中。黄伟政确认新坟墓确实没有经过批准，属于擅自新建的殡葬设施。记者问道：“上级三令五申党员干部不能带头参与建设坟地，该做如何解释？”黄伟政低着头无言以对。

一坟三碑，竟有活人墓
在坑美村水库后的东北面，山上的柚园一片绿油油，在隆文镇副书记张淦辉等多位干部引领下，记者穿行柚园，眼前是一个占地约50平方米的新坟墓。新坟地的墓碑上刻着“2015年冬立”的字样。坟墓隐藏在柚园深处，如果不是知情人引路，恐怕难以发现。
这座坟墓，一个坟头前竟然立了三块碑。从中间的坟碑可以看出，那是黄伟政爷爷奶奶的墓碑，北侧一块碑则刻有他叔叔的名字，南侧的碑上写了个“寿”字，很明显是一坟三碑。知情人说：“两个是死人墓，一个是活人墓。”
一起前来查看现场的镇干部对记者说：“这种一坟多碑在当地极为罕见。”死人墓埋的是逝者的尸骨，活人墓则是为后人所准备。
听到有记者采访，黄伟政的大哥黄伟标赶至现场，他对记者说：“这座坟墓是我所建，与黄伟政没有关系。”记者说：“您瞧，两个死人墓都明明白白写着黄伟政的名字，怎能说与他无关呢?”一位镇干部对他说：“殡葬管理条例规定，任何单位和个人未经批准不得擅自新建殡葬设施。”当地有知情的村民告诉记者：“黄伟政身为国家干部，不但不遵守殡葬管理规定，还带头建新坟地，损坏山地、林地，真让人寒心啊。”
在现场，记者按周边柚树的间距估算，因为建了这个新坟地，这片柚园可能至少有12棵大柚子树被砍。
政府：
迅速立案，已限期拆除
隆文镇党委、政府有关人员随同记者前往现场查看后，镇政府立即作出了“马上立案”的决定。由镇民政、国土、林业等相关部门向黄家四兄弟及其父母发出限期拆除的通知，鉴于黄伟政是党员干部，隆文镇将迅速将此情况向黄伟政所属单位县环保局和上级党委反馈报告，并将按相关规定对相关人员做出处罚。
