　　梁锦红，女，1960年7月出生，广东开平人，曾任茂名市环境保护局规划监督科副科长、科长，规划开发科科长，环科所所长，2001年后任茂名市环境保护局副局长，2015年后任茂名市安全生产监督管理局调研员、党组成员。
