接报后，余杭公安交警立即启动重大警情处置预案，联动当地派出所、PTU、120、路政等相关部门迅速赶赴现场，开展处置救援工作。
经现场初步了解，当日14时17分许，韩某（男，33岁）驾驶皖KK17**号重型自卸货车拉石子途经东西大道良渚街道栅庄桥路口由西向东行驶时，与自南向西左转弯的沈某（男，45岁）驾驶的浙A2H9**号大型普通客车发生碰撞，造成多人受伤及两车损坏的交通事故。
