目前,舆论漩涡中的主要涉事三方,唯有“莆田系”的陈氏兄弟尚未露面。他们究竟与魏则西事件有无关联?
据封面新闻记者获取的可靠信源,魏则西事件背后,有两家莆田系公司存在关联——上海康新医院管理投资公司(简称康新医院投资)和上海柯莱逊生物技术有限公司(简称柯莱逊生物)。
前者,是北京武警二院网络域名注册单位,后者是该院所谓细胞免疫技术支持者。
通过全国企业信息查询平台,封面新闻记者发现,上述两家公司最早注册时,莆田人士陈新贤为康新医院投资的法定代表人,弟弟陈新喜则为柯莱逊两位投资股东之一。
陈新贤和陈新喜兄弟到底是什么人?他俩缘何迟迟没有现身?这两兄弟又去了哪儿?封面新闻记者就此展开寻找。

封面新闻通过权威渠道获知,陈新贤,这位莆田人士,除身兼多家医疗企业董事长外,还有两个重要的社会头衔:四川省福建商会会长、莆田(中国)健康产业总会常务副理事长。
通过四川省福建商会官网,封面新闻记者发现,2010年,陈新贤正式当选会长。办公地点位于成都市天府大道北段高新区孵化园德商国际A座10层4号。
5月3日下午,封面新闻记者来到该商会办公地点。虽然已过了下午2点,但商会玻璃门依旧紧闭,楼道内也较为冷清,无人进出。透过玻璃门,可以看见办公场所内装修豪华,会客厅摆放着各色高档木质家具。
等待了约一刻钟,大门依然禁闭。封面新闻记者便拨打了商会公布的座机号。接电话的女士表示,商会内有人值班。
半分钟后,身着淡蓝色长裙的女士从里面走出来。得知是来寻找会长陈新贤的,该女士先问是否有预约。确认没有预约后,她表示,“陈会长很少来商会,这两天都没见到他人了。他一般都在公司办公,你们可以去那里找一下。”说完,女士下了逐客令。至于其个人姓名、职务,以及会长陈新贤身在何处等信息,这位女士均三缄其口。
封面新闻记者通过查询工商注册等信息,了解到陈新贤任职董事长的成都圣贝医疗投资管理有限公司(简称成都圣贝医疗),注册时间2011年5月17日,注册地点位于成都市青羊区人民中路18号附19号太平洋大厦117号。成都圣贝医疗是一家商务服务业企业,经营范围有企业管理服务;投资与资产管理;技能培训;企业形象策划。股东27人。对外投资为上海圣贝口腔门诊部有限公司。

员工称董事长“在天上”

通过全国企业信息查询平台,封面新闻记者发现,陈新贤和陈新喜兄弟名下公司众多,已形成一个庞大的“商业王国”。
经初步查询,陈新贤目前名下拥有多家医疗机构,包括成都圣贝牙科医院有限公司、国科健康生物科技有限公司、成都圣贝医疗投资管理有限公司、上海康新医疗器械有限公司、上海圣贝口腔门诊部有限公司、北京普京医院等。而弟弟陈新喜,同样也是多家医疗机构的股东或法人,如上海康新医疗器械有限公司、杭州真爱妇科医院有限公司、上海百投生物医学科技有限公司、上海康信医院管理投资有限公司等。
关于陈新贤,四川省福建商会官网在会长简介栏中,作了这样的说明——2001年全国第一次医改时,陈新贤先后出资数亿元整体收购成都市青羊区第二人民医院,整体收购上海、杭州两家医院,并在新加坡注册成立华康医疗投资集团有限公司,在上海注册成立康新医院投资管理集团有限公司。华康集团和康新集团是集医疗、投资、开发为一体的多元医疗投资实体,开启了国内医疗投资合作模式的新纪元,现年产值已经突破30多亿元。截至目前,有下属合作、直营医疗机构两百余家,分公司30余家,遍布中国各主要城市和发达经济圈。
封面新闻记者同时注意到,康新公司已于2014年5月13日注销。柯莱逊公司法定代表人名叫王辉,但陈新喜依旧是股东之一。至于陈新贤是不是董事长,任职人员信息仅显示了执行董事王辉、监事范冰清,其余均未显示。
