　　通报称，当日7时30分许，昆楚高速公路昆明往楚雄方向K76公里处(长田路段)，有一辆号牌为“云D35688”的重型货车载38000千克钢筋(该车核载23180千克，驾驶室载4人)，冲入自救匝道，骑于自救匝道外侧水泥挡墙上，驾驶室与车身分离，大量钢筋压在驾驶室上，造成车上驾乘人员4人死亡。
