李俏介绍，女儿就读于锦州市凌河区解放小学三年11班。3月中旬的一天，孩子回家就问“什么是啪啪啪”，起初自己还没注意，后来孩子又问，这才引起注意。
“孩子跟我说，上课的时候，郑老师放了一段视频，视频里男人和女人都是光着身子，拥抱，亲吻，字幕上还有‘啪啪啪’（IT资讯小编注：听起来更像是无良广告），所以孩子回来就问我什么是‘啪啪啪’。”李俏表示，女儿说这已经不是郑老师第一次在课堂上播放这样的视频，之前还有过一次。
李俏马上致电其他家长核实此事，获得的信息与女儿提供的基本一致，其他学生也反映班主任郑老师在课堂上播放过类似的视频。
在该班的家长微信群中，一位家长表示：“连续发生淫秽片段不进行处理，你没有责任吗？”

随后，记者与解放小学负责此次事件调查的顾校长取得联系。
记者：郑老师到底有没有在教室里播放淫秽视频？
顾校长：这名老师已经快50岁的人了，对多媒体技术不是很熟练，当时老师背对着板面，自己也没看到，不过连续两天在课堂上出现这样的视频，肯定是有问题的，如果责任心强点，学生就看不到了。
记者：您有没有现场打开郑老师的电脑查看视频里到底播放的是什么？
顾校长：没有，正常在课堂上播的课件放文件里，（郑老师）还是操作不熟练，绝对不是有意识的。
记者：学校是否有网络管理员，设置防火墙阻止不健康内容的弹出？
顾校长：肯定有网管，但我不懂技术，没法解释。
记者：其他班级的老师有没有发生过这样的事？
