　　从5月3日下午至今，一篇题为《比承包医院更黑：莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙！》的微信公众号文章在网上疯传。该文从“先讲一个真实的故事”开始，后半段内容均抄袭几年前的网帖，文中配图更是直接照搬几年前网帖图片。该文所谓的“真实的故事”既无主人公姓名，更无事件发生地点和寺庙名称，即使是再强调“真实”，也仅仅只是一个“故事”，一个毫无说服力的“故事”。而该文后半段七拼八凑的几年前的网络旧帖和图片，网络上仍有当时媒体的相关报道，只需根据网帖配图，按“图”索骥，即可知晓这些事件的真相，根本不值一驳。而文中所谓的“莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙”这一骇人听闻的事件，更是难以让人信服。根据我国的法律法规，佛教寺庙等宗教活动场所需要经过政府宗教事务部门登记，取得《宗教活动场所登记证》后，才可以从事宗教活动。从2014年4月17日至2015年12月15日，国家宗教事务局先后分4个批次公布了我国31个省、市、自治区依法登记的佛道教活动场所基本信息，所公布的信息包含寺院所属的宗教类别、宗派派别、场所名称、场所地址和负责人姓名等，并定期更新相关信息。公众如果想要辨别一所寺院是不是正规合法的宗教活动场所，可直接登陆宗教活动场所基本信息查询系统（网址：http://www.sara.gov.cn/csjbxx/）查询。因此根本不可能存在“莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙！”这种情况。

　　但是，就是这么一篇罔顾事实、颠倒黑白、胡乱拼凑的文章，杜撰了“莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙！”这一震惊世人的佛教“丑闻”，居然凭借着莆田系医院被揭批的新闻热度，迅速在网络上传播、扩散，在发布后短短3个小时内阅读数量就迅速攀升至10万人次以上，简直令人匪夷所思。

　　该微信公众号文章，通过恶意炒作“莆田系”事件，肆意抹黑我国佛教寺院和佛教教职人员，攻击我国宗教政策，严重伤害了佛教界的宗教感情，引起各地佛教四众弟子的高度关切。该文发布后不久，即有佛教弟子和佛学爱好者在微信公众平台撰文反驳，甚至有佛教弟子联系该文作者予以驳斥。在广大佛教弟子和热心网友的驳斥下，该文作者删除了文章并于5月4日在其微信公众号上发表了《关于〈莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙〉一文的致歉说明！》，承认“90%的数据出自网络，作者并未考证，导致很多中国寺庙无辜受冤”，并呼吁“相关自媒体应该立即停止转发”。

　　但是，该文作者迟来的致歉和呼吁并未阻止该文在互联网上的进一步传播，众多微信公众号在不了解事情的真实情况下转载了该文章，截止5月4日下午15时，微信公众平台上约有近千个公众号转载了该文章，该文章对我国佛教界的抹黑、对我国佛教声誉的损害，仍在继续着……

　　该文作者为何要捏造事实、抹黑佛教？其中缘由我们或许从该作者的微信公众号的认证主体——“杭州XX营销策划有限公司”上可窥一斑。从“营销策划”两个词语，不难看出该微信公众号的主要功能和意图，更不难理解其为何借“莆田系”医院被揭批的新闻热度，肆意捏造、杜撰“莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙！”这一震惊世人的佛教“丑闻”，那就是博取关注、吸引眼球、赚取点击量。也许该文作者吸引眼球、赚取点击量的目的达到了，但是，他这种通过歪曲事实、造谣中伤、恶意抹黑佛教界的行为不仅违背了世人行为的道德底线，更触犯了我国互联网相关的法律法规。“互联网不是法外之地”，根据《最高人民法院最高人民检察院关于办理利用信息网络实施诽谤等刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》，诽谤信息被转发达500次可判刑，点击超5千次按情节严重论处。该文作者罔顾事实，肆意捏造“莆田人承包了中国90%的寺庙”等不实信息，恶意抹黑我国佛教界，攻击我国宗教政策，等待着他的不仅有道德良心的谴责（如果他还有道德良心的话），还有国家法律的制裁。
