中新网南京5月4日电 （记者 崔佳明）日前，媒体报道苏州吴中区藏书实验小学和附属幼儿园附近的2家塑料厂，排放废气刺鼻，逾千名学生遭受健康威胁。4日，苏州吴中区官方回应，已经对这两家塑料厂下达了停产通知，并要求这两家企业在今天上午8时停产整顿。
这两家塑料厂处于国家5A级景区——苏州穹窿山风景区的入口，与学校的距离不足两百米，小学和幼儿园正好处于企业的下风向，风一吹，刺鼻的气味就飘散到了两所学校。幼儿园方面称，严重的时候关上教室门窗也没用，小学和幼儿园的1800多名学生就处于这样的空气环境之中。
而反映情况的学生家长说，他们已经向相关部门投诉反映多次，不过，刺鼻气味仍旧存在，很多孩子读完幼儿园还会继续在隔壁小学就读，长期下去担心孩子身体健康受到影响。学生家长称，这个情况他们反映已经很多年了，可一直蛮难迁走的。家长们担心会影响到孩子，毕竟是化工塑料厂，他们觉得学校附近有这种厂太不应该了。
对此，苏州吴中区官方回应称，苏州藏书实验小学成立于1952年，藏书实验小学附属幼儿园建设于2008年，而附近的两家塑料生产企业均成立于上世纪90年代。依据国家质量技术监督局发布的《塑料厂卫生防护距离标准（GB18072-2000）》要求，塑料厂需设置100米卫生防护距离。因此，经实地测量，藏书实验小学教学楼距最近的企业苏州新华美塑料有限公司生产车间280米，附属幼儿园西侧教学楼距苏州新华美塑料有限公司生产车间约160米，规划均符合相关要求。（完）
