　　参考消息网5月6日报道 西媒称，尼加拉瓜东南部一片面积为263平方公里的土地从3日起变成了中国在中美洲的“飞地”。

　　据西班牙《国家报》网站5月4日报道，当地拉玛族和克里奥尔族的土著领袖签署了“出租合同”，将这片土地的控制权无限期出租，用于连接太平洋和加勒比海的尼加拉瓜运河的修建。中国富商王靖成立的香港尼加拉瓜运河开发投资有限公司（HKND）拥有为期100年的独家规划、设计及运营并管理尼加拉瓜运河和其他潜在项目的权益。

　　出租合同是由大运河国家委员会代表曼努埃尔·科罗内尔·考茨同拉玛族和克里奥尔族地区政府主席埃克托尔·麦克雷签署的。见证合同签署的还有尼加拉瓜总统的中国投资和联络事务顾问劳雷亚诺。中国与尼加拉瓜并未建立正式的外交关系。

　　报道称，这一合同的签署显示了土著居民之间的分裂。拉玛族和克里奥尔族的一些领导人对运河项目持批评态度，并称尼加拉瓜政府为了让拉玛族和克里奥尔族地区政府签署合同，向地区政府领导人赠送了高档旅游项目。

　　尼加拉瓜政府没有透露合同中的租金数额以及如何补偿受影响的土著居民，但是明确说明了土著领袖将土地管理权转让给了HKND集团。
