最高检官方消息显示，近日，北京市、辽宁省、陕西省检察机关陆续对国家环保部原副部长张力军涉嫌受贿案，黑龙江省人大常委会原副主任、中共黑龙江省农垦总局党委原书记隋凤富涉嫌受贿案，中共河北省委原常委、组织部原部长梁滨涉嫌受贿案，甘肃省人大常委会党组原副书记、副主任陆武成涉嫌受贿案依法提起公诉。

据新京报记者初步统计，在31个省份(直辖市)的落马“首虎”中，已有13人被宣判获刑，刑期从5年到无期不等;5人所涉案件已审理完毕等待择期宣判;8人所涉案件尚处在立案侦查阶段，尚未提起公诉，除此次公布的3人进入公诉阶段外，此前，十八大后河南“首虎”和新疆“首虎”秦玉海和栗智也已被提起公诉。
