　　“日中友好议员联盟”系日中友好七团体之一，是日本颇具影响力的超党派组织，由来自自民党、民进党、日本共产党、社会民主党的国会议员组成，目前有20多名成员，高村正彦担任会长。据日本NHK电视台报道，此次的访华团共有11人，将在中国度过3天。他们期待通过这次访问加速目前日中关系改善的进程。
