　　中国日报网5月5日电（高琳琳） 据英国《每日快报》消息，澳大利亚运输安全局5月4日证实，若马航MH370航班残骸依旧没有被找到，搜寻工作将于6月底结束，目前留给搜寻小组的时间只剩下8周。

　　2014年3月8日，载有227名乘客、12名机组人员的马来西亚航空公司MH370航班，在从马来西亚吉隆坡飞往北京的途中失联，至今下落不明。调查认为，MH370客机坠毁于印度洋海域。

　　在已经进行了两年的搜索工作后，还有不到6000平方英里（约合15539.9平方千米）的印度洋海底区域有待搜寻。中国、澳大利亚和马来西亚 三国已在事件的调查中投入了近1亿英镑（约合9.4亿元人民币）的资金。不过，截至目前还没有取得重大进展，只有一些飞机残片在留尼汪岛和莫桑比克海岸被 发现，而配备有高科技设备的搜寻船只没有找到任何失联航班的踪迹。

　　澳大利亚运输安全局发言人表示，由于缺乏能够准确定位飞机残骸位置的新信息，各方决定将不会扩大搜寻范围。澳大利亚政府透露，在其年度预算里，将不会再为7月以后的搜寻工作拨款。

　　最近，又有3艘载有先进声纳探测设备的船只参与到搜寻工作当中。调查人员希望在6月底完成海底声纳扫描。

　　对于中止搜寻工作的决定，卡塔尔航空公司首席执行官阿克巴尔（Akbar Al Baker）感到不满，称找出致使悲剧发生的真正原因不应计较花费多少钱。他认为，找出事件真相对于参与调查的各国家都非常重要；而对像自己这样的航空公 司首席执行官来说，国际社会由于金钱的原因而放弃客机的搜寻，这让他使其感到十分担忧。
