　　近日，有网友在网上曝光了一组亦庄线次渠南车站周边的照片，并称这是北京最荒的车站。记者现场探访发现，周边荒草丛生，有很多在建的楼盘，只有铺西路一条公路，并且已经年久失修。

　　5日上午早高峰，记者乘坐亦庄线到了网友所说的“最荒”地铁站次渠南站，从宋家庄站上车时，车内十分拥挤，在次渠南前一站的经海路站大部分乘客下车，待到次渠南站时，包括记者在内也只有七八个人下车，与其他站人山人海的情况截然相反。

　　记者询问站员附近是否有公交站时，站员表示没有，并建议记者到次渠南的下一站坐车。

　　走出地铁站，果然如网友所形容，地铁站被长满荒草的土包围住，周边最高的草有一米以上，草丛中还有一些野花，一起风还有扬尘。能看到草丛被人为趟出一条条土路，通向四面八方。

　　记者从地铁周边的示意图看到，只有地铁C口紧邻一条铺西路，其他都是规划道路。沿着这条铺西路要走15分钟左右，才能到达与之相连的潞西路。

　　记者注意到，次渠南周边有很多正在建设的楼盘，陈女士和丈夫已经在这里买了房。陈女士说，这里大部分楼盘都是期房，目前都还没有交房，所以没有什么人气儿，乘客也很少，重要的是周边的路没有修好，平常也不从那里走。

　　记者注意到，距离地铁次渠南站最近的已经入住的小区叫做玉江佳园。梁女士在玉江佳园居住了已经有三个月，玉江佳园距离次渠南地铁站有10分钟左右的路程，每天早上上班，梁女士都从这里出发，但是由于周边太荒凉，她下班要从距离小区较远的次渠站下车。“晚上太荒，担心不安全，宁可绕路。”

　　如果赶上下雨天，梁女士也不能走铺西路去次渠南坐地铁，“满地都是泥”。记者注意到，这条铺西路路面上大大小小的坑很多，而且表面盖着一层土，已经年久失修的模样。在铺西路两侧的荒地里，记者还看到有人随地大小便。

　　梁女士希望，次渠南周边的路可以快点修好，这样坐地铁会更安心一些。如果地铁站旁边能有自行车停车的地方，也不用每天步行十几分钟去赶车了，可是目前什么都没有。

　　说法　北京地铁称站外规划不属于管辖范围

　　北京地铁建设公司相关负责人在接受媒体采访时称，亦庄线于2010年底就开通运营，而建设没有改变既有道路，所以地面部分就没有工程。北京地铁运营公司则表示，站外区域的规划和建设不属于他们的管辖范围。
