南方日报讯 （记者/向雨航 通讯员/深卫信）深圳对社会办医又出新的利好政策。5日，记者从深圳市卫计委获悉，近日深圳市政府印发的《深圳市推动社会办医加快发展若干政策措施》（以下简称《措施》）内容显示，社会办专科医院取得二级甲等资质的，可一次性获500万元奖励。《措施》实施后，深圳对社会办医年均增加财政投入约1.3亿元。据悉，该政策措施自2016年7月1日实施，有效期至2020年12月31日。
按照《措施》，深圳鼓励和引导社会力量开办社康中心，放开社康中心的设置规划。鼓励社会力量通过新建、转型、改制等方式，举办康复医院、护理院、老年病医院、临终关怀医院等慢性病医疗机构，为诊断明确、病情稳定的慢性病、康复期、老年病、晚期肿瘤等患者提供治疗、康复、护理服务。
《措施》还鼓励社会力量举办独立的医学检验、病理诊断、医学影像、基因检测和疾病筛查等检查检验机构，并面向所有医疗机构开放。对检查检验机构开展的达到认定标准的检查检验服务项目，在全市医疗机构互认结果。

此外，《措施》相关政策还与2014年出台的《关于鼓励社会资本举办三级医院的若干规定》进行了延续和衔接。明确了在《若干规定》实施前，已经设置的社会办三级医院，通过医院等级评审取得更高等级资质，且提供不低于50%的基本医疗服务的，可享受《若干规定》的有关支持措施。
