外交部：无论菲南海仲裁案结果如何都不会承认
中新社北京5月6日电 (叶秋曈)中国外交部发言人洪磊在6日的例行记者会上被问及菲南海仲裁案结果时表示，无论仲裁庭作出什么裁决，都是非法无效的，中国不会接受，不会承认。他随后还驳斥了美方近日关于中国破坏南海生态环境的言论。

　　有记者问，大家都比较关注菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭可能在5月或6月作出最终裁决，请问裁决将对中方产生什么影响？

　　洪磊表示，那些期望依据所谓裁决迫使中国让步或接受既成事实的想法终将证明是不切实际的幻想。无论菲律宾南海仲裁案仲裁庭作出什么裁决，都是非法无效的，中国不会接受，不会承认。中国捍卫国家领土主权和海洋权益的决心坚定不移。中国维护国际法治及《联合国海洋法公约》完整性、权威性的态度坚定不移。

　　他指出，中方有关活动坚持“绿色工程、生态岛礁”的生态环境保护理念，经过深入研究、严谨论证，采取了全程动态保护措施，使工程与生态环境保护两者兼顾，实现南沙岛礁可持续发展。

　　具体来讲，与其他方面不同，中方岛礁扩建工作采用“自然仿真”思路，模拟海洋中暴风浪吹移，搬运珊瑚砂砾等生物碎屑，逐渐进化为海上绿洲的自然过程，其对珊瑚礁生态环境体系的影响是有限的。中方有关建设活动完成后，将大幅提升有关岛礁的生态环境保护能力，有关做法经得起时间的考验。
