外交部：无论南海仲裁案如何裁决 中方都不会接受

　　围绕南海问题，中国外交部主动发声，于今天上午（5月6日）举行中外媒体吹风会，介绍中国政府在南海问题上的政策立场，回应外界关切。超过四十家中外媒体出席了此次吹风会，凸显国际社会对当前南海局势的高关注。

　　外交部边海司司长欧阳玉靖表示，南海问题的核心，是菲律宾等国陆续非法侵占中国南沙群岛部分岛礁而引发的领土问题。随着新海洋法制度的发展，又产生了海洋划界争议。南沙群岛自古就是中国领土。

　　欧阳司长强调，菲律宾单方面提起并执意推进南海仲裁案。对此，中国坚持不接受、不参与。无论仲裁案最终结果如何，中方都不会接受和承认裁决。
