美菲指南沙岛礁扩建破坏生态 中方：建设“自然仿真”

　　近日，有美国专家认为，南海珊瑚礁正在遭到大面积破坏，中国大力围海造岛是主要原因之一。菲律宾方面也声称中国在美济礁等岛礁的建设破坏海洋生态环境。对此，中国外交部发言人洪磊在5月6日的例行记者会上表示，中国重视相关岛礁和海域的生态环境保护，有关做法经得起时间的考验。

　　洪磊指出，南沙群岛是中国领土，中国是南沙群岛的主人，我们比任何国家、任何机构、任何人都关心南海生态和环境保护。在进行岛礁建设过程中，我们始终秉持生态保护、生态岛礁的理念，切实将工程与生态保护紧密结合起来，实现岛礁建设可持续发展。

　　洪磊介绍，中方岛礁扩建工作采用“自然仿真”思路，模拟海洋中暴风浪吹移，搬运珊瑚砂砾等生物碎屑，逐渐进化为海上绿洲的自然过程，其对珊瑚礁生态环境体系的影响是有限的。

　　洪磊表示，中方有关建设活动完成后，将大幅提升有关岛礁的生态环境保护能力，有关做法经得起时间的考验。

　　朝鲜劳动党第七次全国代表大会5月6日在平壤举行。对此，中国外交部发言人洪磊在例行记者会上表示，希望朝鲜能够实现国家发展、人民幸福。

　　洪磊回应称，朝鲜目前正处于国家发展重要阶段，我们希望朝鲜能够实现国家的发展、人民的幸福，我们也希望朝鲜能听取国际社会呼声，共同维护东北亚和平稳定。
