《纽约时报》本周四将与加利福尼亚公司Chef'd合作尝试出售食材配料,不过这并非与《纽约时报》一点关系没有,因为所有的食谱均来自《纽约时报》美食专栏,这种线上实物与线下实物相匹配的美妙体验就要到来,用户只需要订购喜欢的食谱,Chef'd便会在24至48小时内将新鲜的食材送到。

用户有两种选择可选,一种是直接从《纽约时报》美食专栏选择食谱,一次性订阅;另一种是注册会员,每周随意订购不限数量的食谱食材。纽约时报和Chef'd会根据趋势、时令和假期等更新菜谱。

不过《纽约时报》表示,全美国地区除了阿拉斯加州和夏威夷都可以享受到送餐服务,这情有可原,大家也都知道这两个地方离美国本土主要地区相隔太远,另外《纽约时报》发言人没有透露具体价格。

这也算是《纽约时报》等传统媒体的拓展收入来源,进行自救的方式之一。
