IT资讯讯 5月6日消息，随着中美之间贸易往来增多，近些年中美之间知识产权方面的纠纷也在增多。美国国际贸易委员会5日宣布，对中兴、联想、索尼、三星等多家全球知名电子企业在美销售的部分便携式电子设备产品发起“337调查”，以确定它们是否存在专利侵权行为。
据悉，“337调查”得名于《1930年美国关税法》第337条款，根据该条款，美国国际贸易委员会有权调查有关专利和注册商标侵权的控告，也可开展涉及盗用商业机密、商品包装侵权、仿制和虚假广告等内容的调查。“337调查”的调查对象不仅包括外国企业，也可涉及美国本土企业。
新加坡创新科技有限公司及其美国分公司今年3月24日提出申诉，指控美国进口及在美国市场销售的上述便携式电子设备产品侵犯了该公司专利，请求美国国际贸易委员会发布有限排除令及禁止令。涉案产品是包括智能手机在内的、可播放用户存储媒体文件的便携式电子设备，调查对象包括中兴、联想、索尼、三星、LG、HTC、黑莓、摩托罗拉。
