今日午间（5月6日），陕西省食品药品监督管理局（以下简称陕西食药监局）官网发布关于陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司以及陕西益德生物药业有限公司许可证被吊销的公告。
《每日经济新闻》记者注意到，连同此前公布的陕西医维达康生物制品有限责任公司，陕西已有3家涉山东疫苗案企业被吊销《药品经营许可证》。
吊销两企业药品经营许可证
陕西食药监局公告称，陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司、陕西益德生物药业有限公司向个人非法销售疫苗，编造销售记录，情节严重。上述公司的行为违反《药品管理法》第十八条和《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》第六十三条的规定。依据《药品管理法》第八十四条和《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》第六十三条的规定，经研究决定吊销陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司、陕西益德生物药业有限公司《药品经营许可证》。
《每日经济新闻》记者注意到，国家食药监总局于3月21日通报，9家药品批发企业涉嫌虚构疫苗销售渠道。在这9家药品批发企业名单中，陕西有两家药品批发企业“上榜”，分别为陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司和陕西医维达康生物制品有限责任公司。
值得一提的是，陕西医维达康今年1月以排名第一供应商的身份，入围了西安市临潼区疾病预防控制中心2016年生物制品采购项目。就此，记者致电负责该生物制品采购项目的临潼区财政局采购中心，办公室工作人员称相关负责人外出。随后，记者致电该办公室负责人电话，但无人接听。

在此次被吊销《药品经营企业许可证》的企业中，西安市疾控中心工作人员参股的陕西益德生物药业有限公司也在列。
陕西当地媒体《华商报》曾报道，山东疫苗案发生后，山东省食药监局向社会公开300条线索，涉及24省份。其中，向犯罪嫌疑人庞某等提供疫苗及生物制品的上线，陕西涉及人员信息有8条，党翔名列其中。后经证实，党翔系西安市疾控中心工作人员，其参股公司的另一名股东王静系党翔的妻子。
企业登记信息显示，陕西益德生物药业有限公司成立于2006年9月，公司注册资本300万元。其中，王静出资210万元，党翔出资45万元，另一名自然人张某某出资45万元，持股比例分别为70%、15%和15%。
陕西省食药监局官网显示，陕西医维达康生物制品有限责任公司，陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司，陕西益德生物药业有限公司，原药品经营许可证号分别为陕AA0290059、陕AA0290206和陕AA0290212。目前3家公司的《药品经营企业许可证》正副本已被依法收回。
