  北京时代九和律师事务所律师闫兵对记者说,受理与租房纠纷相关的案子,法院一审需要3至6个月,若拖至二审则可能需要1年时间。另外,从金钱成本来看,租户希望拿回的押金或租金一般只有几千元,但律师费加诉讼费一般会超过4000元,很多人会觉得不值。
