　　国际在线消息（记者 陈雷）：今天（5月7日）是德国驻华大使馆的开放日，本次开放日主题是儿童日，这也2016中德青少年交流年的活动之一。德国驻华大使柯慕贤在开放日与众多媒体进行了互动，在回答国际在线记者关于德国对中德之间签证便利有何措施的提问时他表示，德国将在5-10年内给予中国人免签待遇。

　　柯慕贤说，德国使馆现在已经采取了多项签证便利措施推动中德之间的交流，今天夏天将增设10个签证中心；缩短签证办理时间，商务签证保证48小时、旅行签证72小时之内办理完毕；给予30-40%的商务签证一年以上多次往返待遇；此外，德国正在倡议和推动申根国家精简签证提交资料清单。

　　柯慕贤坦诚，中德之间的政治经贸往来目前已经非常密切，但签证确实成为一个交流的壁垒。他说，作为德国驻华大使，他非常重视签证这个核心问题，他希望在5-10年内中德之间可以实现互免签证。他强调根据对等原则，德国提供的签证便利也需要中国对德国旅行者采取同样的措施。

　　由于德国是申根协议国家，对中国人的免签需要申根国家的协调一致，这是否能够实现？针对记者的追问，柯慕贤说，德国内部正在形成共识，即使申根国家不能达成一致，德国也可以单方面对中国人实行免签。
