　　南方日报讯（记者/李秀婷 通讯员/粤卫信）记者从省卫计委了解到，针对近日发生的恶性伤医事件，5月6日，广东省卫生计生委发出《关于严密防范暴力伤医事件的紧急通知》，要求全省各地卫生计生部门和医疗机构与公安部门联合行动，严密防范全省医疗机构暴力伤医事件发生。

　　一、严厉打击暴力伤医行为。全省各级卫生计生行政部门和医疗机构要协调地方政府和公安部门始终保持打击涉医违法犯罪的高压态势，对医疗场所及其周边地区暴力伤医行为 “零容忍”，发生一起打击一起，从严从重处置，依法追究刑事责任，绝不姑息。

　　二、迅速梳理医疗纠纷情况。各医疗机构要立即对医疗纠纷登记情况进行梳理，重点排查有潜在伤医倾向的重点人群，及时通报当地公安部门和卫生计生行政部门，实施联防联控，预防类似事件发生。

　　三、切实加强安全预警防范。各医疗机构要协同 当地公安部门设立警务室或（ 和） 警车，所有医疗场所要安装视频监控设备和报警装置，建立中心监控室，24小时全方位、实时监控。 要健全保卫制度，配齐安保人员，提高防恐防爆能力，建立预警和快速反应机制，全员行动，一旦发现情绪异常人员立即报警、迅速隔离、就地制服。同时加强医疗 机构周边尤其是宿舍区安全保卫工作。完善医警联动，及时迅速果断处置涉医突发事件以及暴力伤医案件，严密防范重大伤医案件和群体性涉医事件的发生。

　　四、全力保障医务人员的执业安全。各级卫生计生行政部门要协调司法，公安等部门，为全省医疗卫生系统营造安全的医疗工作环境，依法维护医疗场所安全、安静、神圣的就医秩序，维护医务人员的职业尊严，保护医务人员的人身安全。
