北京新机场高速起点挪至南四环 全长35公里
新京报讯 （记者郭超）连接北京市区和新机场的高速将于2018年底竣工，新机场高速规划建设35公里，从南四环开始直通新机场航站楼区域。
日前，《关于征求北京新机场高速社会影响公众意见的公告》发布。公告显示，新机场高速是连接新机场与北京中心城的一条专用高速公路，位于北京南部地区，京开高速和京台高速之间，南北走向。
新机场高速起点此前规划为南二环
记者注意到，根据此前的规划，新机场高速北起南二环路、南至新机场，全长约39公里。此次公布的最新方案则显示，新机场高速起点已经移到了南四环路。
最新规划显示，新机场高速起自南四环路、终至北京新机场，途经丰台区、大兴区，全长约35公里。
规划显示，新机场高速四环至五环段为城市快速路，长8.7公里，采用高架桥结构形式、双向六车道，设计速度80公里/小时，规划红线宽度为80米；五环至终点段为高速公路，长26.3公里，采用双向八车道，设计速度100至120公里/小时，规划红线宽度为100米。
为提高新机场高速路规划设计水平，此前新机场高速路公开征集方案，经专家评审，公开选择设计院完善项目方案。根据方案研究初步成果，项目或采取分期建设方式。按照计划，新机场高速将于2018年年底竣工。
今年将新建交通能源项目17项
此外，记者从北京2016年重点工程动员会上获悉，今年全年北京市共安排重点工程210项，总投资1.2万亿元。在交通、能源一体化建设中，安排新建项目17项，其中就包括新机场高速。
作为国家重点建设项目，北京新机场是助力北京世界城市建设、完善京津冀都市圈功能、促进民航和区域经济发展的重大公共基础设施。而新机场高速的建设，将保障新机场与其主要客源地北京市中心城之间快速联系，满足临空经济区及沿线重要组团与中心城交通联系，完善京津冀综合交通体系，进一步推动区域协同发展。
