中国将向联合国提供2亿美元 设立和平与发展基金

　　中国常驻联合国代表刘结一6日与联合国秘书长办公室主任、副秘书长穆莱特在纽约联合国总部签署设立中国-联合国和平与发展基金协议。

　　根据协议，中国将在未来10年向联合国提供2亿美元，设立联合国和平与发展基金，下设两个子基金：一是秘书长和平与安全基金，由联合国秘书长办公室托管；二是落实2030年可持续发展议程基金，由联合国经济和社会事务部托管。在具体运作中，联合国将成立由中方和联合国共同派人组成的基金指导委员会。

　　联合国秘书长发言人迪雅里克当天在例行发布会上说，秘书长潘基文非常感谢中国对联合国的贡献，认为这进一步表明了中国政府和人民对支持联合国宗旨和活动的坚定承诺。

　　习近平主席出席联合国成立70周年系列峰会期间宣布设立总额10亿美元的中国-联合国和平与发展基金，支持联合国工作，促进多边合作事业，为世界和平与发展作出新的贡献。根据上述倡议，中国与联合国商定，由联合国托管上述资金中的2亿美元，以联合国和平与发展基金形式运作。
