陈德楠（搜救指挥员、某驱逐舰支队副参谋长）：正按计划在任务海区内组成单横队进行平行搜索。（就是）一起往前推，一边往前走一边搜索。
记者：舰与舰之间的间隔大约多少？
陈德楠：间距是10链，保证不因舰距的过大而漏掉部分海区。
记者：任务海区的海况怎么样，天气怎么样？
陈德楠：目前海区天气阴，浪高1到1.5米，能见度3海里左右，对搜寻还是比较有利的。
记者：搜救遇到最大的困难是？
陈德楠：距事发已过去10多个小时了，如果不尽快搜寻到人员的话，天黑之后的搜寻难度会更大，落水失踪人员的生还可能性就会更渺茫。
记者：这艘渔船出事的情况，你们掌握吗？
陈德楠：不是很掌握，包括问周边的渔船，他们也不是太清楚，现在这艘渔船是翻扣在水面上的，属于漂浮状态。
记者：船体是翻扣的！除了两名被救人员，别的已经失踪了。
陈德楠：别的人员我们看能不能在海面上搜寻到。
