广西16批次食品抽检不合格 一般微生物超标成主因
新华社南宁5月8日专电（记者程群）广西壮族自治区食品药品监督管理局日前通报对19类845批次食品样品抽检情况，其中不合格样品16批次，一般微生物超标是样品抽检不合格的主要原因。

　　通报称，4月广西共抽检粮食及粮食制品、食用油油脂及其制品、肉及肉制品、蛋及蛋制品等19类845批次食品样品，其中检验合格的样品829批次，不合格样品16批次。抽检情况为：粮食及粮食制品不合格5批次；蔬菜及其制品不合格1批次；水产及水产制品不合格6批次；焙烤食品不合格1批次；乳制品不合格2批次；餐饮食品不合格1批次。

　　自治区食药监局专家介绍，抽检发现一般微生物超标的不合格样品批次数占不合格样品总数的43.75%。一般微生物超标原因是个别企业可能未按要求严格控制生产加工过程的卫生条件，或者包装容器清洗消毒不到位，或在生产过程中产品受人员、工器具等生产设备、环境的污染，或有灭菌工艺的产品灭菌不彻底而导致。

　　专家介绍，抽检发现部分批次食品超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂，使用非食用物质。此外，有2批次样品检出禁用兽药，有1批次样品检出金属等元素污染物。

　　食药监部门已对抽检发现的不合格食品及其生产经营企业依法查处，并责令违法生产经营企业及时采取措施下架、召回不合格食品。
